1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph622 ("ph622," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph622 online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at ph622.net and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by ph622, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies applicable to specific games or promotions, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the ph622 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by ph622 or any regulatory authority, including PAGCOR's exclusion lists.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph622, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering or using the Platform.

ph622 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph622 may result in account suspension or termination.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ph622 services, you must create a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify ph622 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether or not authorized by you.

ph622 permits only one account per player. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, address, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. ph622 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, ph622 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings therein.

ph622 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ph622 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• ph622 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed in the cashier section of the Platform.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. ph622 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.
• ph622 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are credited to your ph622 account upon confirmation from the payment provider. ph622 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies as specified in the cashier section. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• ph622 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within 5 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• ph622 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Players must cooperate fully with such requests.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ph622 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise specified, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.
• ph622 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.
• ph622 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms, or using prohibited betting strategies.

Specific terms for individual promotions, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards, are published on the relevant promotion pages of the Platform and form part of these Terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

ph622 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following rules apply to all games available on the Platform:

• All digital games on ph622 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Live casino games are operated by licensed live dealer providers. Game outcomes in live games are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to software manipulation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, ph622 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.
• Game results displayed on the Platform are final once confirmed by the system. ph622 does not accept disputes based on a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph622 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating, match-fixing, or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit the Platform.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward ph622 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph622 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, user interfaces, and the overall design and layout of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of ph622 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without prior written consent from ph622.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any Content for commercial purposes or in any manner that competes with ph622's business.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of ph622's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph622, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activities on the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform's operation due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ph622's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content available on the Platform.
• Actions taken by ph622 in good faith in accordance with these Terms, including account suspension or termination.

ph622's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph622 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Responsible Gaming

ph622 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

12 Termination

ph622 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• A request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon termination of your account for cause, ph622 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including bonus funds and associated winnings. Where termination occurs for reasons other than a breach by you, ph622 will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

You may close your ph622 account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and ph622, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting ph622's customer support team. ph622 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. ph622 also cooperates with PAGCOR's dispute resolution processes where applicable.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ph622 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
